Our approach is person-centred.  We are here to provide a safe, non-judgemental, confidential, and supportive environment for you to share your story.  Together we can explore what is important to you and empower you to achieve your goals in the presence of the inevitable challenges that occur along the way.

Our counsellors have lived-experienced of life inside and outside the veterinary profession – we get you!

It’s totally normal to be nervous about reaching out to a stranger. But don’t worry – remember we are both vets ourselves, so you can be assured that ‘we get you’! And we are confident you’ll feel comfortable within a few minutes of meeting us, just as our other clients have been.

Number and frequency of sessions will vary.  You can have as many sessions as you want, and you can stop and/or restart at any time.

All sessions are for one hour via Zoom for $110 AUD. For clients located in the Gold Coast or Brisbane, we can also offer “walk and talk” sessions for the same fee.
Packages covering multiple sessions are also available at a discount. These can be arranged on a case by case basis, depending on client needs.

Payment is required at the time of booking when your session time has been confirmed – refer to the Contact Us page for more information.

Rescheduling:

  • Always possible. We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellation:

  • At least 24 hours notice will result in a full refund
  • Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% refund
  • Failure to attend the appointment without notification will result in no refund

We get the veterinary industry and know that after hours and weekends may be your only availability. We do our best to make it as easy and convenient for you to get an appointment time that suits you.
